No consultants, no requirement documents, no eighteen-month rollout. Here's the week-by-week of a typical i1ERP build.
- Week 0
The conversation
You message us on WhatsApp. We ask how your business runs, in your words, not ours. "Stock comes into two godowns. Parties buy on credit. Drivers call in trips." That’s enough for us to start.
- Week 1
The map
We sit with you, on WhatsApp, a call, or across a table, and map how things move: what comes in, what goes out, who needs to know what, and where things fall through the cracks now. In your first demo, we build a screen for your business live, while you watch.
- Weeks 2 to 4
The build
Working screens appear with your product names, your godowns, your party ledgers. You point at things and say "that’s wrong, we do it this way", and because nothing is hand-coded, corrections take hours, not change-request forms.
- Weeks 5 to 6
Go live
Your team starts running real work through it, not a demo company. We stay close as the first real orders, dispatches, and payments flow through, and fix anything that gets in their way.
- Weeks 7 to 8
Finishing touches and handover
We polish the rough edges you only notice once real work is flowing: the extra report, the odd case, the shortcut your team asked for. Then we hand over the finished system, set up and documented.
- Weeks 9 to 12
Handholding and training
We train your team on their own data, at their pace. We stay on call through the first busy weeks, until the system is simply how they work, not something they have to think about.

It keeps evolving
New product line? New godown? New way of working? The system changes when your business does, in days. That’s the point of no-code: nothing is set in stone.
One honest note
These are typical timelines. You go live in weeks; the weeks after are finishing touches and getting your team fully comfortable. How long the whole thing takes depends on how much of your business we're building, and we'll tell you straight in the first conversation.
